The room fills with the aroma of fresh croissants, while the GRAND buffet unfolds with warm focaccia, delicate patisserie & sweet treats, Italian classics, pizza in different styles, classic pastas, a wealth of Italian cheeses & salumi, plus a few experimental dishes from the chef’s secret book.
