A multi-course tasting experience inspired by the flavors of Korea – modernly interpreted and perfectly paired with selected beverages
Each course comes with a carefully selected wine pairing or a non-alcoholic alternative.
To begin: Tofu… embraced by even more tofu. Delicate, subtle, full of love. Served with an elegant Rosé Sekt Cuvee Prestige from Weingut Strauch (Rheinhessen) or a sparkling organic kombucha.
Next: Tuna Cabbage Roll – seasoned rice and tuna wrapped in tender cabbage – mildly spicy and gently comforting. Perfectly paired with the 2022 Riesling Bergsteiger from Weingut Forster (Nahe) or a finely balanced cold-brew green tea with orange notes.
Then: Seoul Taco – tender gochujang pork in a tortilla – a modern bite with Seoul at its heart. Accompanied by the 2022 Wiener Gemischter Satz from Weingut Herrenhof Lamprecht (Styria) or a refreshing non-alcoholic beer.
The evening’s highlight: Slow Galbi – tender braised beef ribs in soy sauce – deeply aromatic and gentle. Paired with the robust 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape "Tradition" from Domaine Lou Dévet (Rhône) or a non-alcoholic gin & tonic infused with ginger.
For dessert: Royal Delight – crisp, glazed pastry with a soft center, inspired by Korea’s royal cuisine. Served with either the noble sweet 2018 Riesling Auslese from Weingut Fritz Haag (Mosel) or a flavorful Korean iced coffee.
