Alexis Bijaoui, a virtuoso chef guided by his love of exceptional ingredients and an instinctive approach to cuisine—shaped by his time at Blue Hill (New York), Relæ (Copenhagen), and l’Arpège (Paris)—will craft a six-course menu, conceived as a heartfelt exploration of the region.
Nominoé Guillebot, a talented sommelier with experience at Lyle’s (London) and Septime (Paris), who recently opened her wine shop Grenadine in Marseille, will be curating the wine pairings.
